About Us

Jeff Cook is a professional chef with over 50 years of experience in the culinary industry. Starting out as an apprentice at 11 years old in a New York hotel kitchen and went on to become an Executive Chef. He has worked in various levels of hospitality, from dishwashers to high-level management, and has cooked for celebrities, two Presidents, political and corporate events, weddings, and private parties.

His passion for cooking is evident in his dishes, which feature bold flavors and creative techniques he acquired working, consulting, training, or teaching in seventeen different countries and over fourteen different states.

He built and operated three restaurants and a catering business in the San Francisco Bay Area, was offered the position of Executive Chef at Weight Watchers of America, and a TV show featuring him as Executive Chef but reluctantly had to decline due to the demands of running his restaurant businesses. Being empirically trained, he had always dreamed of attending the famous Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, France, where he finally achieved certification in 2018.

Jeff loves to experiment with new ingredients and incorporate global flavors and techniques into his creations. He also enjoys teaching others and sharing his hospitality industry experience. Jeff has extensive business knowledge and leadership skills which have been honed over the course of his career.
